VISUAL VEGETABLES (Clarkson N. Potter, 1991) was my first book. It’s illustrated with colorful drawings by me and includes recipes not only for vegetables but also pasta, fish, rice, and fruit. Unfortunately VISUAL VEGETABLES is out of print but you can find copies for sale at www.alibris.com.
